BuildVue University.
Workforce development, apprenticeships, and executive education building the next generation of MBE developers, contractors, and project managers.
BuildVue University.
BuildVue University is the education and workforce arm of the platform. It trains developers, trades apprentices, and project managers — with curriculum built around the real projects moving through the pipeline.
Programs partner with community colleges, trade unions, and municipal workforce boards to place residents of surrounding neighborhoods into long-term careers on and beyond BuildVue jobsites.
Executive tracks cover developer fundamentals, Opportunity Zone structuring, and MBE contracting — designed for emerging owners who want to build in their own communities.
